Unfortunately, Spectrum via Ebury is not able to track incoming payments. In the event your funds are delayed, we recommend you reach out to the sending bank, and ask them to trace the payment.
On some occasions, If the bank can provide you with a copy of the MT103, this can assist Spectrum via Ebury in locating the payment.

The currency cut off time is the latest time we can receive funds and/or a payment instruction so that outward payments can be executed to the value date shown.
We will still process payment instructions that miss the cut-off time on the same day where possible but they may be sent with a future value date.

A UETR is a string of 36 unique characters, in the format xxxxxxxx-xxxx-4xxx-yxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx (e.g. 16245616-3a27-46e4-8cb3-bb8735af4115). All financial institutions sending payments via SWIFT are required to include a UETR in payments they initiate, and all banks involved in processing those payments must pass this UETR on to the following bank in the payment chain, without modification. This allows the payment to be tracked end-to-end.
